This is an all levels yoga and meditation course designed to help you understand and heal your nervous system from the inside out. Each week features a different theme. Some themes include the power of letting go, understanding the different states of the nervous system (fight/flight/freeze), building mental and physical strength through yoga postures and healing meditations, opportunities to safely explore your emotional body, breathwork practices to balance the mind, as well as other somatic healing practices that will guide you toward an embodied sense of safety. You will leave each class with a greater understanding of your unique nervous system as well as tools and resources to help you feel more regulated.

This is an all levels yoga and meditation course designed to help you understand and heal your nervous system from the inside out. Each week features a different theme. By incorporating trauma-informed yoga, meditation, and sound healing, this class provides a holistic and safe approach to nervous system healing, catering to the unique needs of anyone who may be healing from trauma or chronic stress.
The class meets weekly over the course of three months, giving participants time to integrate and practice what they have learned in between sessions.
Regular participation will leave you feeling empowered and strong, with a newfound sense of inner resilience that will help you navigate life’s challenges. Additionally, this class aims to create an inclusive, holistic healing community, inspiring you to prioritize your own healing and well-being, and to trust in the transformative potential of a trauma-informed approach to nervous system healing through yoga, meditation, and sound healing.
