Who I Am
I’m Paige, a somatic therapist who supports adults in healing relational patterns rooted in past experiences and trauma. I believe authentic connection is at the heart of healing, and I approach our work with gentle curiosity and deep respect for the body’s wisdom.
Whether you’re navigating parenthood, relationship struggles, anxiety, or old family patterns that keep showing up in new ways—therapy can become a place to slow down, feel what’s true, and build new options for how you respond, connect, and care for yourself.
If you’re a parent—especially a dad—struggling with stress, anger, or your child’s behavior, explore my Therapy for Fathers & Dads in Denver specialty page.
Are We a Good Fit?
Healing asks for both trust and courage. Together, we will create a grounded and compassionate space where your body’s cues and emotional experiences can be safely explored—always at your pace.
My work focuses on:
- attuning to the patterns of the body
- supporting regulation and resilience of the nervous system
- strengthening connection with self and creating new ways of connecting with others
- processing and integrating the past to support a more fulfilling present
We may be a good fit if you are:
- looking to shift repeating relational cycles and build healthier patterns of connection
- parenting and wanting to understand how your own childhood shapes your caregiving
- struggling with anger, overwhelm, or feeling emotionally “maxed out”
- navigating identity changes through phases of parenthood
- experiencing anxiety, chronic stress, or stress-related pain
- a young adult exploring differentiation while reshaping family relationships
- craving deeper connection, support, and a more aligned, grounded life
My HEALING Journey
I grew up in a family system shaped by a variety of traumas and dysfunctions I didn’t then fully understand. These included a disabled mother struggling with severe mental illness, and an immigrant father who, despite having no high school or college education (and his own complex history of trauma), single-handedly supported the family. As one of the only Jewish and queer students at my high school in the suburbs of Indianapolis, I often felt isolated and “othered.” While painful, these experiences taught me first-hand about resilience, nuance, and how people (and their bodies) adapt to survive.
Years later, multiple chronic health issues forced me to slow down and really listen to my body. I found EMDR and Somatic Experiencing transformative tools for healing—ones that taught me to listen to and be with my body compassionately through the full range of my human experience. This experience deepened my understanding of alignment and authenticity, and helped me broaden my circle of support and community. That transformation is what inspired me to study and share body-based healing with others.
Professional Journey – Magic, Backed by Science
My personal experience taught me what my formal education later confirmed: healing often requires understanding how the body holds memory, stress, and trauma. In my practice, I’m drawn to the places where science and spirit intersect—where evidence-based approaches meet the intuitive wisdom of the nervous system.
I take a “bottom-up,” body-centered approach. Together we build a container where you feel safe to show up authentically, as I support you in tracking sensations and signals of your nervous system. I integrate somatic and parts-informed modalities, sensorimotor principles, mindfulness, and nervous system education. I also draw from holistic practices including breathwork, meditation, and yoga-informed support.
My background in child and family psychotherapy taught me the importance of play, curiosity, and joy in healing. I often incorporate inner-child work, supporting clients in connecting with younger parts of themselves with compassion and clarity—especially when old patterns show up in parenting or relationships.
I believe trauma can be processed without reliving it. By helping the body learn that it is safe enough to soften, we can shift responses that once made sense for survival—so life can feel more connected, grounded, and true.

BEYOND THERAPY
Outside of being a therapist, I find joy in learning, creating, moving my body, and being in relationship. I’m an avid reader who loves connecting with friends and community over stories in book clubs. I’m always seeking my next creative outlet, whether it’s making jewelry, painting, baking, or cooking. I believe play and joy are innate—and often forgotten—forms of healing and integration, so I try to keep it close, whether I’m playing Dungeons & Dragons, experimenting in the kitchen, or finding silliness in everyday life. Throughout it all, I try to stay connected to my body and its rhythms. You’ll often find me in the yoga studio (both teaching and learning), or out lifting weights, running, or hiking.
